We're gettinG Married!

Neither of us is 100% sure when we first met, but it was sometime in 2015 at one of the many Coro alumni activities we still currently frequent. Francisco remembers meeting Alana with beautiful red lipstick and a glass of wine in her hand, passionately talking about her work at the City Council. The rest was a blur. Over the years, we'd see each other every once in a while, at events—sharing pleasantries, keeping it professional, and occasionally exchanging a flirtatious look or two. There was always mutual respect and chemistry but the timing never quite aligned.

Then in 2023, our paths crossed at yet another Coro social. We finally exchanged messages, and one emoji led to the next. Francisco agreed to meet Alana and her friends in their beloved Washington Heights for a night out, and the rest was history. What started as a casual meetup turned into late nights at Monkey Room, spontaneous bike rides around the city, and a connection eight years in the making. Our love was worth the wait and we're lucky for the experiences and values that solidified our union. We're so grateful to be able celebrate it with all of you!
